At Gorge Guns, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We aim to ensure every transaction is smooth and transparent. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.
FIREARM RETURN POLICY
1. Final Sale On Firearms:
All firearm sales are considered final once the firearm has been transferred to the buyer through a completed background check.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on firearms unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.
2. Defective Firearms:
Firearms with manufacturer defects must be reported within 3 days of transfer.
Such firearms will be eligible for return and forwarded to the manufacturer under their warranty policy.
3. Background Check Failures:
If you fail the background check, the firearm cannot be transferred. In this case, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.
Accessory, Ammunition, and Non-Firearm Item Returns
1. Return Window:
Accessories, unopened ammunition, and non-firearm items can be returned within 30 days of purchase
2. Condition of Returns:
Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and receipts.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Restocking Fee:
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Defective Non-Firearm Items:
Defective non-firearm items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
We will replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

2. Shipping Returns:
If shipping a return, please ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exclusions
Custom Orders: Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
Used Items: Used items sold “as-is” are not eligible for returns.
